EY and NVIDIA Launch AI-Driven Platform to Revolutionize Third-Party Risk Management

(IN BRIEF) EY.ai for Risk is a new suite of AI-powered risk management tools developed in partnership with NVIDIA. Combining NVIDIA NIM microservices and EY’s 100+ years of risk expertise, the solution runs on the EY.ai agentic platform to streamline third-party risk processes, improve collaboration, and boost operational resilience. Key features include AI-automated document reviews via TPRM Managed Services, which cut timelines and refocus experts on strategic decision-making. Uber is poised as the first deployment, with additional clients across multiple sectors in early stages. EY and NVIDIA will also advance their NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design to deliver tailored risk solutions across TMT, life sciences, manufacturing, and financial services.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 13-Jun-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — The EY organization today unveiled EY.ai for Risk, a suite of advanced risk-management solutions co-developed with NVIDIA. Built on the EY.ai agentic platform introduced in March, these tools merge NVIDIA NIM microservices—part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software suite—with EY’s century-plus of risk management expertise. This integration is designed to streamline and modernize risk workflows, boost resilience, and elevate operational performance.

As organizations confront increasing regulatory complexity amid rapid technological change, EY.ai for Risk delivers a unified system that enhances productivity, collaboration, and innovation in third-party risk management. By leveraging components such as NVIDIA Data Flywheel and AI-Q Blueprints, the platform offers an AI-driven, cross-agent experience where EY Risk Agents provide insights informed by both client data and EY’s deep knowledge base.

A flagship feature is the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Managed Services. Using AI to automate document reviews, the service accelerates the preparation of draft comments and findings—shifting assessors from administrative tasks to strategic risk decision-making. Early adopters have responded enthusiastically, with Uber set to become the first live deployment, and several other industry leaders already committing to roll out the solution.

Kapish Vanvaria, EY Global Consulting Risk Leader, commented, “This collaboration with NVIDIA marks a turning point in risk management. By embedding AI agents within the EY.ai platform, we give organizations the power to refine their risk strategies and make faster, more informed decisions in today’s uncertain environment.”

John Fanelli, NVIDIA’s Vice President of Enterprise AI Software, added, “EY.ai’s agentic platform, underpinned by NVIDIA AI technologies, allows clients to harness AI agents that analyze data, recommend actions, and drive risk resilience across their enterprises.”

Recognized by Verdantix and Source Global as a top Risk Solutions provider, EY will initially target industries including TMT, life sciences, manufacturing, and financial services. Concurrently, EY will continue enhancing the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design, extending its impact across industry-specific risk applications.
